We have been using Bridge to view and cleanse our data since April 2008 and have found the information we can obtain about our performance invaluable during the introduction of the SHBE, in order to continue to monitor our performance internally. Bridge is easy and quick to use and our staff using the system continually receive excellent support and guidance from SunGard.

Aspireview alerts us to under performance early at all levels from individuals to organisational. This information gives us an opportunity to remedy the situation before it has an adverse effect on services to residents. The implementation is continuing across the organisation and expected to complete by August this year.
