Standard Configurations and Options

A single DS2000C is designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 12 operator positions located either locally to the central equipment, remotely connected via WAN or a combination of both.

The system is supplied with a fixed set of communication interfaces based on the number of operator positions, however if a specific customer need arises the modular architecture of the system allows for custom configurations.

Additional interfaces can be ordered to expand system capacity if required. The table lists the available options and capacity limits for a single DS2000C.

Capacity can be further extended by connecting to another DS2000C which also provides an additional level of resilience.

In addition to the standard configurations the following options are also available:

  • Voice recorder - Instant replay and archive recording solution
  • VoIP Operator Upgrade Enables Operators to connect remotely into the DS2000C whilst maintaining full functionality and access to all communication resourses connected to the DS2000C
  • CCTV Control Interfaces to control CCTV matricies
  • Ancillary Shelf provides local or remote control of devices such as barriers, door locks or other telemetry i/o devices with a maximum of 16 inputs and 15 outputs
